My parcel got ‘lost in transit’ by evri but as soon as i contacted prettylittlething they sorted out my request and gave me a full refund due to items now being out of stock.

On quite a few occasions I've ordered around 8-9pm and they have been delivered by the next morning

5* for such quick turnaround at the sorting office and then same goes pit to the delivery service thank you your doing well

I placed multiple orders from here & sent my returns back in one package. PLT refunded me for only one order and claimed they didnt receive my other returned goods which were in the same order. I contacted them by email and each time I got a new person on the thread starting from scratch. I never got my refund.

So I ordered a dress on the 28th of July. After how many days until now I still have received my item at all just a message telling me it’s dispatched. PrettyLittleThing take they’re time when it comes to delivering lmao I chose a delivery that wouldn’t take long aswell what a waste and I have plans on the weekend and my dress is still not here I should’ve gone to a store I’m person instead. PrettyLittleThing don’t have a customer

All I need is to return something I can't get into my account despite having requested several times for a reset on my password. Very poor service and still no reset after two weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would only believe your words if my issue is resolved, I have lost money on additional purchases and would like a refund please.

I am do upset and so angry because they gave me the amount and instead of 73£ they gave me 65£ because in that moment was a discount on their website. They are scam! I also payed 32 euro the retour
Don't order!!!!!!! No no no! For me it was the first and last time when i bought something from there!

I had an item in my cart and went to check out, yet I did not submit the order. The item still showed as being in my cart and not submitted, yet I see TWO PROCESSING charge on my card for $38 each which has not yet been finalized (I have since removed the item from my cart). At this time both transactions are pending, yet when I went to check my emails for a receipt, there was none.

I'm so disappointed with Pretty Little Thing Australia because it says on the page they do after pay however when I went on after pay and searched them another store comes up. So I went on Zip and PRETTY LITTLE THING is on ZIPPAY. However after I added my cards I went to pay and it says payment card I filled that up than I searched on Google if PLT does installment it's says yes just add your card payment than press pay if it's your first time (which it was) than it will take me to payment and I choose afterpay etc. However after I added details and pressed pay and processed my pay it charged me the whole amount 😳 THERE WAS NO MENTIONED OF AFTERPAY/ZIP PAY! That is a bloody fraud advertisement and I want this sorted 🙄 very disappointed as this is my first time shopping with PLT
